JEWELRY
This portfolio showcases my jewelry design work. Please check back to see new samples, as I will be updating the content regularly. Some pieces have already been sold, however, I can recreate anything shown here. Also, please visit my eBay store!
BRACELETS
Bracelets are shown in this area. This section also includes hand flowers, which are unique woven pieces worn on the hand that are a sort of bracelet and ring combo, the bracelet part connects to one or more fingers with a net of woven beading.
EARRINGS
Earrings can be found here. Many of my earrings are quite long and are ideal for people who either have very long necks, or who are very tall. Being relatively short, I actually don't wear much of my own earring work! However, if you see something you like but need a shorter version, just let me know.
NECKLACES
Necklaces are shown in this section. I am continually experimenting with styles and configurations, check back to see new work.
HEAD PIECES
This section showcases head pieces. My first head piece is what got me started in jewelry design. At the time, I just wanted to make something fancy to wear for New Years Eve one year. The piece took on a life of its own and became more and more elaborate, as I experimented, created, took it all apart, and recreated it multiple times. From this grew my ever expanding collection of beads and gems, which I was also collecting for the embellishments of the family quilt I was making. So far I only have a few pieces in this category, but plan to make more, since this kind of work was the original inspiration. I love hats and anything worn on the head, and find it facinating that we, as humans, connect so many powerful meanings to objects we put on our heads.
